Ashoek is General Counsel at Media24. He is an attorney and has worked previously for the Western Cape Provincial Government.
Crispin Franklyn Sonn is the current MD of the Retail Mass Cluster of Business at Old Mutual. Crispin played an instrumental role in the transformation of Old Mutual from a Level 4 contributor in 2009 to a Level 2 contributor in 2010. He is a member and the previous Chairperson of the Old Mutual Foundation and serves on various Boards including Foodbank South Africa, UCT GSB and Frontier Rare Earths.
Danie is the Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Western Cape and a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Southern Africa Executive Committee.
Gavin Fitzmaurice is the managing partner of Webber Wentzel's Cape Town office, serves on the firm's management board and specialises in Insurance, Shipping & Transport law. Gavin currently chairs the Cape Chapter of the Maritime Law Association of South Africa and has 20 years of experience in the maritime legal field. He is an accomplished international speaker and chaired portions of the African Ports Evolution Conference in both 2012 and 2013.
Gavin is the Chairman of Accelerate Cape Town. He is also the Chairman of AVI, an executive director of Coronation Investments and Trading Limited and a non executive director of a number of other companies
John heads up the Stakeholder Management within the Santam Group of Companies. His function is to ensure that the Santam Group continues to build appropriate business relationships with material stakeholders in local, provincial and national government to ensure that the business safeguards its reputation, obtains access to new markets, and remain relevant.

Laura Nel is Head of Corporate Affairs for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Sub-Sahara Africa having worked in a number of areas in her 20 year in the company. She is a founding member of the Society of Consumer Affair Professionals in South Africa (SOCAP South Africa) and currently serves on the voluntary Executive Committee. Laura also serves as Chairperson on the Western Cape Advisory Board for the National Business Initiative (NBI).
Lele is the head of HR at investment company Allan Gray and comes with significant experience in HR roles in several financial services companies.

Michael Spicer is the Vice-President of BLSA, an Executive Director of Anglo American South Africa, and is on the Board of Rothschild South Africa.
Pedro Rhode is the Regional General Manager of the Nedbank Network in the Western Cape. This network oversees a total of 1200 staff in a matrix of 91 branches. With ten years of banking experience, Pedro is responsible for the execution of the Nedbank Network strategy through managing branch distribution networks and driving a sales team to achieve financial effectiveness, operational risk management and client service in the Western Cape.
Reeza Isaacs is Finance Director at Woolworths. He was previously a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young’s Cape Town office and has over 21 years of experience as a partner. Reeza has worked across multiple sectors and served as the lead partner for several of E&Y’s largest Cape Town clients including Engen, Coronation, Woolworths Holdings Limited, Metropolitan Life, Sanlam and Truworths.
