Laura Nel holds the position of Head of Corporate Affairs for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Sub-Sahara Africa and has worked in a number of areas within the organization during her 20 year tenure. She is a founding member of the Society of Consumer Affair Professionals in South Africa (SOCAP South Africa) and currently serves on the voluntary Executive Committee. Laura also serves as Chairperson on the Western Cape Advisory Board for the National Business Initiative (NBI).

With ten years of banking experience, Pedro is responsible for the execution of the Nedbank Network strategy through managing branch distribution networks and driving a sales team to achieve financial effectiveness, operational risk management and client service in the Western Cape.
